In this module you will learn what advance medical directive document is, who is it for, why is it important to have one and walk through the document we created. We will also discuss Medical Power of attorney and how to choose you agent/proxy. As a bonus we created a document called "Agent's Memo", that will help you to organize important information for your health agent.
