In preparation for our next class, we encourage you to complete the following:

1. Download and print out the Advance Medical Directives. On the platform, it is next section called "Document Package"

2. The first part of the document covers emergency and end-of-life decisions that you have to make. We encourage everyone to make informed decisions, so please spend some time watching and reading recommended content:

   • CPR "Cardio pulmonary resuscitation"

   • DNR "Do not Resuscitate"

   • Organ Donation

   • Brain Dead

   • Life support

3. Find out, what is your blood type. Here is a kit, that you can purchase on Amazon
